We conduct procedures performed by registered auditors in line with the Bulgarian Commercial Act for the acquisition and restructuring of commercial companies. This includes performance of the legally required procedures on the exchange ratio in the plan or transformation agreement and on the capital of acquired or newly established companies.

At the conclusion of our procedures, we typically issue a report of factual findings,
following the International standard on related services ISRS 4400, Agreed-Upon Procedures Engagements.
