BDO BULGARIA OOD, having UIC 030278596 and BDO BULGARIAConsultants OOD, having UIC 121813481 (hereinafter referred to as BDO BULGARIA) are members of BDO International Limited, a UK company limited by guarantee and form part of the international BDO network of independent member firms (hereinafter referred to as the BDO Network).

BDO BULGARIA OOD and BDO BULGARIA Consultants OOD administer jointly the website located at URL: www.bdoafa.bg (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and the content published thereon.

By means of the initial access to this Website the user agrees and accepts that the visits and the usage in any way of the information and/or elements situated on the site are subject to the following terms and conditions:


 

  1. Nature and designation of the information published

All materials published on this Website (including comments on subjects given by users) are intended to emphasize on issues, which are of significance to more than one user, as well as to give a general idea of the issues in consideration. BDO BULGARIA, as well as the rest member firms of the BDO Network, shall not be responsible for any damages suffered or profits lost as might be incurred by the users as a result of the lack of information or usage of information from sites whereto there are generated links, since these sites are owned and maintained by third parties and BDO BULGARIA/ the rest member firms of the BDO Network are not in a position to exercise control in this regard.
