Top level role summary
In the BDO Consultant division, we are searching for a committed team player to join our Payroll and HR administration outsourcing team.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide high quality payroll and HR administration services to a portfolio of reputable clients;
- Overall processing of monthly salaries (calculation and payment of monthly benefits, bonuses, social additions, deductions, payroll sheets and other related processes);
- Preparation and submission of payroll information and related declarations to the National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute and other government institutions;
- Communicating with and advising clients on topics regarding salaries, social payments, social security and health insurance contributions, and personal income tax;
- Preparation of regular reports to clients;
- HR administration (handle personnel files and HR documentation, drafting documents and administrating all processes related to employees).
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Human Resources Management, Accounting or Finance;
- Professional experience in the field of staff administration and payroll processing – minimum 2 (two) years;
- Good knowledge of personal income taxation, social security and employment legislation.
- Advanced computer skills – MS Office, payroll software, online banking software;
- Professional and appropriate attitude to both clients and hired employees;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and proactively propose improvements;
- Good command of English is an advantage.
