Junior Tax Consultant – Transfer Pricing

Join us as a Transfer Pricing Consultant if: 

  • You are curious to understand how businesses across the globe work and what factors influence the way large multinational companies structure their operations and price transactions among subsidiaries. 
  • You want to make a real impact with your work from day one by helping businesses remain complaint and optimize their costs in the complex global tax landscape.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment, communicating with people from diverse backgrounds, and collaborating with teams and clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

You will work with experienced mentors to gradually take ownership of your own projects and develop your professional judgment. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for preparing or updating transfer pricing documentation in the form of Master File and/or Local File.
  • Review information on independent comparables — conduct benchmarking studies using specialized databases and publicly available sources and document the process and results.
  • Determine financial indicators relevant to transfer pricing analyses.
  • Prepare conclusions and justifications on the comparability analysis.
  • Participate in projects related to the application of Double Tax Treaties (DTTs) and other international tax agreements.

Requirements: 

  • You are genuinely curious and the kind of person who enjoys figuring out how things work and is not afraid of navigating long and complex regulatory documents.
  • You are persistent in achieving long-term goals and motivated to master 
  • You are able to process large amounts of information/ data and spot what really matters, summarizing key insights.
  • You are analytical but also creative problem-solver — you see patterns, think critically and suggest solutions.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have excellent computer literacy, particularly mastering Excel and other MS Office tools for data analysis and visualization.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We will consider a plus acquaintance with the OECD’s Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations, BEPS reports and Model Tax Convention and the Commentary to it and Bulgarian tax legislation as well as previous experience in tax, finance, or consulting roles.
